Step into my boutique Granada Hills home office, where I use precise Ingham Method techniques to stimulate reflex areas in your hands and feet that correspond with the glands, organs, and other parts of the body.
By working these reflexes, reflexology helps release tension, shift the body into deep relaxation, and support healthy body function—so you leave feeling renewed.

Using the Global Energy Method (GEM), I help adults and children release unprocessed emotions, limiting beliefs, trauma, and energies that may have been inherited, absorbed, or carried from early life—and replace them with positive energies, all while you go about your day.
Each session also includes Distance Reiki & Positive Repatterning for greater support.

Universal life force energy for greater relaxation, balance, and well-being.
Originating in Japan, Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that works with universal life force energy. As an Advanced Reiki Practitioner, I serve as a channel for this energy, offering Reiki through light touch, hands held just above the body, or from a distance.
I incorporate Reiki into both my Distance Energy Healing and Reflexology sessions to promote relaxation, support balance, and encourage the body’s natural healing process.
